Limitation of Liability 

In no event shall Galaxy be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.

Payments, Taxes, Fees and Refund

Customer agrees to pay for all products purchased through Galaxy and be responsible for the timely payment of any and all outstanding balance. Galaxy may charge customer’s payment method for any product purchased and for any additional amount (including shipping & handling, tax, late fee, interest charge, etc., as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Customer Account. All payment shall be in Canadian dollars. Payments unless otherwise specified in the purchase receipt shall be due Cash on Delivery.

Checks that are unpaid due to insufficient funds, stop payment, or other reasons shall be subject to a twenty-five-dollar ($25) processing fee. Late payment shall result in a fifty-dollar ($50) late fee in addition to an interest charge of one-half percent (1.5%) for any calendar month for which payment or partial payment remains due.

Product prices may change at any time. Galaxy does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Galaxy offers a 30-day money back guarantee. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization from Galaxy. Please coordinate returns by phone before returning any product. Return of non-defective product must be in good and resalable condition, must include all original packaging along with accessories, product literature and other paperwork. 20% Re-stocking fee will apply to returns with missing parts, visible wear and tear, signs of usage, or other cosmetic damages. Galaxy reserves the right to refuse incomplete or damaged returns. A refund may be issued as store credit or in the original form of payment. Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days. No return for credit will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

Warranty Policy

Galaxy provides a minimum of One (1) year in depot warranty on the products purchased from our distributors unless otherwise stated, starting from the invoice date. The warranty does not extend beyond the original Buyer of products from Galaxy. Galaxy shall have no obligation to the Buyer with respect to providing any warranty on any products for which Galaxy has not received full payment from the Buyer.

It is necessary to have RMA numbers for any item returning to Galaxy. An RMA number is valid for only 30 days from the date issued. You may be directed to the manufacturer for warranty service. Please allow us up to 10 business days for testing and handling RMA request.

Returned products must be accompanied by original packing. Improperly packing will be rejected with no consideration. A proper RMA number is required to return any merchandizes. RMA Products shipping back to Galaxy will not be accepted by our loading dock if the RMA number is not provided on the box. Customer shall be responsible for shipping and handling fee for returned products. All collect shipments will be refused (unless specified) 

Galaxy does not warrant any product that has been subject to improper use, abuse or physical damage. For products with operating system, such as Microsoft Windows, the warranty does not cover operating system(s) crash caused by misuse or virus. For any spy software products or equipment, there is no refund or return after the package is open. 

Galaxy does not warrant accessories and consumable products, such as Power adapter, transformer, battery, bracket, cable, wire, media, connector, tools etc. 

"No Fault Found" returns will be subject to a minimum $35 inspection and handling charge regardless of whether or not the unit(s) is covered by warranty.
